Recovery Costs
Pricing varies based on the issue:
- Software Issues: $375 to $950 (no hardware fault).
- Hardware Issues: $800 to $1400 (won’t power on or slow).
- Complex Cases: $1780 to $4000 (undetected drives, clicking sounds, requiring clean room).
If You Choose Not to Proceed
You can:
- Collect your drive from our office.
- Request disposal.
- Pay $25 for return via Australia Post or tracked courier.
How to Start
- Complete our job form to receive your job number and office address.
- Drop off your device to our office location securely wrapped with bubble wrap or send it securely wrapped with bubble wrap, including your job number via post or courier.
